It's been...a while. I don't even remember at what point I started failing to check dA but it was apparently a good few months ago now. ANYWAY, I'm here for a reason; actually, more than one {I'm also currently very over-tired and should be in bed, but I'm a perfectionist bastard that can't go to bed until I finish writing this up and such. But yes, being over-tired tends to make me rather bad at noticing typos}. I will go through each of said reasons in turn, as one should.

{1} In the past couple of months I've been working on a story~. It's an original work of fiction named A Past to Overwrite, also known as PTO and it centres around one Oliver Rivas and his electric encounters with fellow classmate and son-of-a-multimillionaire-rich-kid Avery Church. Avery's quite the mystery, his reputation at school painting him as some sort of psychotic murderer with a scarred face and an ice-cold gaze; people avoid him and he can certainly be classed as a loner. A chance meeting in a crowded train station and the bursts of static following mundane physical contact will mark the beginnings of an interesting friendship between the two, and Oliver's about to discover that Avery is not quite all that he seems - he's Oliver's trigger, after all.

Yes, it will eventually be slash; as in, a male/male pairing {and possibly others} but I highly doubt there will be huge graphic sex scenes all over the place. If you're able to put up with little kisses here and there, closeness, and boys expressing feelings for each other, you should be okay.

{Also, I am terrible at writing good explanations for my stories. sob.}

Anyway, I'm basically pimping this out because I'd love to know what people think of it ;3; so if you'd like to, you can find the first chapter to read over HERE on {15.5}. The link to the second chapter is at the bottom of that page. c: There's currently only two chapters out at the moment but I hope to continue it and am working on chapter three~.

Moving on...

{2} I wanted to actually say outright that I probably won't be on here much or using this account. dA's new, er, layout, or whatever the hell they've done to it, doesn't work too well with my computer and it has a tendency to crash whenever I try to open it {it took me six tries to get even the journal submit page to pop up |: Yes, my computer is this shit}. As such, it's rather hard for me to be on here, obviously - I'm not fond of my computer freezing up all the time, after all. It does that enough without dA added on to it, sob. There's that, and the fact that I don't feel I really...need a dA account. I don't draw enough art any more to even use it properly {what I do draw I don't like enough to put up here, or it's sketchy crap I did in MSpaint that definitely won't be uploaded because it's just so ugh and fail}. So there's that too.

On another note, Merry Christmas {I'm late} and Happy New Year {I'm early}! ♥ I now own a rather nice little lava lamp. He's cute, but really trippy. He's ended up being named Sakaeguchi after a character of the same name in an anime who I always think is getting high because his pupils are usually bloody tiny. I don't even. But yes, I hope you all have been well this year and wish that that continues with you into next year, and I apologise profusely for not replying to many of you. D: I kind of fail at everything.
